Summary
The village is slowly dying as it is plagued by curses, whispers, and the spirits bound to the mountain.
Fearing for the fate of the people, Yuuji volunteers to carry the fire and walk the dangerous path to reignite the ward and drive the spirits out before dawn breaks. But the journey isn't quite as simple as he thought.
Secrets bloom in the cold shadows of the shrine, and the more he learns the less he likes. Corruption is everywhere, and the flame he carries may be the only thing pure enough to burn it all clean.
But the moths who chose to guard the flame will not let it burn itself so carelessly. Drawn by the light, they circle tightly, refusing to let it go.
