    Hitoshi is having a normal Saturday in the dorms with Midoriya and Kaminari when the intruder alarm is set off. He goes to investigate with Midoriya, only to get shot and die by a villain that can meld with the shadows.

    And then he wakes up, and then he gets shot again.

    And then he wakes up again.

    Stuck in a time loop with no way to contact the outside world, the three boys have two options. Keep fighting until they break out, or give up completely and never make it to Sunday. As the day keeps repeating, it gets harder and harder to keep going.

    But giving up was never really an option. They’ll get there eventually.

    They might just have to die a few dozen times, first.

    Or at least it had been.

    Izuku was too disoriented to know.
    He didn't know where he was, and when the ash colored sky had disappeared and been replaced with the soft peach hue of his bedroom ceiling.
    He didn't know how all the flames surrounding him had simply vanished into nothing.

    He didn't understand why his mother had burst into his room, asking why he had been screaming. Why she worriedly asked him what was wrong.

    Couldn't she see?
    Everything was wrong.
