Summary
When magic starts acting up the league is informed on the tyrant of magic, whose life is tethered to the earth. The league dont agree with the way the champion deals with the magic community, little do they know the champion is a 15yr old terrified by his own people. Only when they are forced to work together they realise they were wrong about the other.
Or The league dont know the champion other than that he’s a feared dictator in the magic community, billy is scared of everything, they help each other grow.

It wasn't fascinating, the way the boy didn't know whether to lean into the touch or away from it, confused by the comfort and the pain it offered in equal measures. It wasn't. Armand could do the same thing — did do the same thing, whenever Louis deigned to touch him at all — and Louis still thought he was boring. It couldn't be this that had captivated him.

“You were saying?” Batman asked.
“…I mean, that could be a deep-fake.”
Or: Batman adopts Billy Batson, but while Batman knows going into it that Billy Batson is Captain Marvel, Billy has no idea that he's going to be living with Batman.

The moment Izuku lets himself tip forwards over the edge of the building, the sharp wind rushing his face and curls catching in the force of falling, he knows he’d make a grave mistake.
I don’t want to die...
But he’s already made his decision; you can't come back from this. He stares wide-eyed as the ground gets closer and closer as the seconds tick on, eyes squeezing shut as he waits for impact. He awaits the consequences of his own stupid actions and then—
I don’t want to die.
—and then he opens his eyes and he’s stood peering over the edge of the building he’d just fallen from. Beside him, his shoes are tucked neatly on the ledge, backpack leaned on the ground beside them just as he’d left them. Izuku blinks owlishly, leaning forwards to stare ten stories down. Ten stories down where he’d just been a moment prior, only seconds away from hitting the ground.
He’s... back?
And that’s the first time Midoriya Izuku realizes that he does, in fact, have a Quirk.
