Summary
The city of Daiport has many things to brag about. It's ancient history, the beautiful mountain ranges and of course, the glistening ocean beaches that hug a good portion of the city's outskirts.
It's also the home of the monsters that emerged from deep within Mount Ebott.
You, having left your strict family upbringing to chase after your love for the ocean and a dream to become a professional dance choreographer, find yourself in a city quite unlike any other. But life continues much as it always has since you moved here. You work in the local surf shop, train for the biggest dance competition of your life, and spend all of your free time in the water. That is, until a chance encounter leads you to meet a monster who turns up the heat in your life.
As for said monster? He's never met a human with hair as bright as his flames. He finds himself drawn to you for reasons he can't fully understand. So the question you both have to wonder is:
What happens when water and fire collide?

Learning that your family has all been killed by your ex and that a third of the crew you find yourself apart of isn't exactly supportive can cause one to feel unsafe. Jax finds themself unable to sleep the night before landing on Cursa. Comfort isn't their goal of the evening, and so Calderon makes for good company.

Frisk had always blamed the “Mom” incident on Chara. They hadn’t known Toriel at the time, and Chara agreed it was probably their own fault, too.
This one was all Frisk, though.

Sans cleared his non-existent throat and sweat dripped down his skull. He darted his eye lights to look at them before staring at the wall of glasses along the back of Grillby’s bar again. He couldn’t even bring himself to repeat what they’d said.
“...i dunno if i’d call myself ‘dad’ per say… really i’m more of a. heh. faux pas.”

Frisk made a mistake, and now things were ruined forever. Sans wasn’t the one that made the faux pas.
