Summary
You never took your eyes off him and he repaid that in kind. He measured your height, build, the way your shoulders moved with every breath— because to see someone is to know them. And now he knew you. When he was done talking, you broke eye contact with Dex and his fists tightened at his sides.
“No need to call in the G-man next time.” You told Matt. “Don’t like having a watch dog.”

Summary
It must be so easy for you. All these people that you spoke with. The conversations you had with them, your body language so fluid and natural. He hates that it was impossible to replicate perfectly. He thinks he may hate you but then you make eye contact with him and smile as they call your name and it goes away. He stands aside to make room for you instantly. His heart was beating faster. You must have that effect on most people.

Summary
She moved into the building to flee a man who wouldn't let go, and there she began crossing paths with the one from 3A.
A quiet neighbor with a peculiar scar on his cheek, a courtly politeness, and a smile that made you believe in goodness. He carried groceries for the elderly woman downstairs. He held doors. He seemed like the kind of man who appeared when someone needed help. He seemed kind. But beneath his kindness, a sinister nature hid. The quietest men, after all, often had the most to hide.
