"I really didn't," Ren told Goro with an understanding smile, but again, the latter's scowl had remained.
Ah, jealousy!
While a bit oddly delayed - as it had been years since the Metaverse - Ren still enjoyed those moments Goro wanted to be the one and only for Ren. It felt like he was competing with the rest of the world just for Ren's attention, even if Goro already had all of it.
"Would you want to have our own Showtime for real, then? If we emulated it, albeit without shadows to kill, would you do it?" Goro had then questioned, out of the blue.
Ren would do anything for his capricious lover, so the answer had been easy. "Yeah, what do you have in mind?"
"Well…" A small smirk had broken his severe expression, as he pulled out his phone to show Ren, a website already open. "There is that bungy jumping site, not too far from here, at Ryujin Gorge, that would make for a fun experiment, won't it? What do you say?"
This is a funny story of two boys going bungy jumping in the craziest way possible, just because they love each other.

Summary
Goro Akechi still rose with the sun. He had trained himself to be an early riser when he was a teenager, sleep being the thing he was willing to sacrifice when he had interviews, a hit list, and spying on the Phantom Thieves to juggle. That was long past, thankfully, and felt like a whole lifetime away. He rolled out of bed, careful to not disturb Ren and Morgana who were still sleeping soundly. Morgana often slept between the two of them and Ren curled around Morgana, a hand thrown over his side, holding him close. His family.
Goro and Ren have built a life together, and Goro decides to put the final touch on their garden.

“Are you cosplaying Goro Akechi?” the girl asked as she brushed past her irritating companion with hesitant hope in her eyes. She wore cat ears along with a black and green body suit and red swimmer’s goggles. She was presumably cosplaying Oracle if Oracle’s inner rebel wore Crocs instead of tactical gear, but Goro had grown as a person enough to keep that thought to himself.
Finally, someone who recognized talent and appreciated his commitment to Ren’s bit. “I am. Are you a fan?”
“Yes, sirree! He had the cutest interviews back in the day and he always had something interesting to say about the Phantom Thieves, not to mention he made the best memes. Your wig’s a little off, though. His hair was more on the auburn side!”

Feeling mischievous, Ren hides in plain sight by cosplaying as his old Phantom Thief persona at an anime convention. Naturally, his boyfriend is required to join him.

Goro Akechi is a virtuoso violinist. One day, he is going to ensure that his shitstain of a father's conservatories are ruined beyond repair, but today he plays as he must. He has only one sanctuary - that of a jazz club and the double bass.
Until the day a novice finds their way into the few late-night hours Goro can afford to play. He'll find a way to drive them off, but if it means playing with another person... he can put up with it once or twice.

Even though there’s a storm outside, even though he’s alone on the inn’s second floor where no one can see him, Goro crawls to the windows and draws the curtains. Sweat crests his brow as he holds them shut between tightened, trembling fingers.
Eight months. Eight months since he was mutilated. He hates the reminder of it. He yanks on the curtains, arcing his back as pain burns down his shoulder blades, lips parted in a silent cry.

Summary
Companionship and jealousy went hand in hand for the young detective Akechi Goro and the rebellious thief Amamiya Ren. However, those feelings had far longer to fester than one simple year. Envy leaked from the corners of their hearts, even as inarguable best friends in their childhoods. Be it homework or playing, saving one another from scrapes or loneliness, even spending a night wandering a festival side by side, the taste was always faintly bittersweet. Through the memories stored within precious photographs, the now 28 year old Ren knows that no amount of resentment could ever outweigh the deeply rooted love between them, just like it never had two decades prior. They always had and always would be two halves of one beautiful whole.
