But a feeling of overwhelming fondness rushes through the beast.

A thought strikes Kuma suddenly as he realizes the gravity of what he's done. He can barely bring himself to force the words out, but when he does, they're whispered and broken. "Is it even real?"
A beat of silence, then the receiver crackles with static. "What?"
"His love. Is his love for me real?"
Another pause. Kuma's heart gallops wildly in his chest, and it feels like he can't breathe in fully for fear of his lungs bursting. The man's voice is softer than it was before. "Just because you chose it for him doesn’t make it less real."
Kuma never thought his crush on the Number Four Hero, Deku, would ever in a million years be requited. That is, until he comes across the One Wish Willow.
With his dream finally true, Kuma's in absolute bliss. Life couldn't be more perfect.
The only problem is that whatever loves him now isn't Deku anymore.

"Katsuki looked up to see an all too familiar face hovering over him, eyes wide with worry. It was just Izuku. There was something odd, however.
He wasn't wearing his designated hero suit. He was clad in bits and pieces of Katsuki's hero costume. A large, black and gray gauntlet sat on his left arm. The signature orange belt with grenades was wrapped around his waist, slightly strained because Katsuki was smaller than Izuku in that particular area. The boots, however, were too big it seemed, and the sharp knee pads had clearly been hastily applied.
Izuku was beaten up, obviously having just come from a battle. His chest rose and fell in labored breaths, his hair was messy, and sweat rolled down his forehead. Katsuki had no idea what on earth had prompted him to cobble together this costume instead of wearing his multi-million dollar suit."

The familiar throws itself right at Izuku’s chest. He narrowly catches the thing.
As if it hadn't made itself known, it yells, “fuck! Bastard!”
Izuku brightens again, fascinated by the little thing cursing and bouncing in his hands. “You’re just like Kacchan,” he chuckles. He holds it closer to his face to get a better look.
Panic rolls through Katsuki’s gut, he needs to get himself and that fucking thing out of here. Now. “Deku, I wouldn’t–”
A choked noise is punched out of Katsuki when the familiar starts nuzzling against Izuku’s cheek.
In response, he bubbles with laughter. “I– haha! I think it likes me!”
Much to Katsuki's horror, this seems to only encourage it further. It chitters excitedly. “Fu-! Fu-! Fu-!”
The floor cannot swallow him fast enough.
Or, Izuku and Katsuki spend a day together after Katsuki gets hit with a quirk that gives him a Rody bird that I re-skinned into Dynamy following the events of 431. It expresses Katsuki's big feelings with the only words it know "fuck", "bastard", and "ya".
