Summary
Soap's not sure why he wakes up. There's nothing immediately strange or out of place as he peers around.
Yet instead of rolling over and going back to sleep, Soap finds himself slipping from his bed and padding out of the room with near-silent steps.
He's surprised to find Yuri seated at the kitchen table, a single candle flickering on top of the scuffed wood as he looks down at the lighter in his hands with an expression like he isn't even really seeing it at all.

It all happened so suddenly that he couldn't even close his eyes as his last breaths escaped his parted lips. He dies in Cor's arms, and Cor stares at him the entire time it takes for the paramedics to arrive.
