While Adrien is healing, Lila is worried that Marinette is getting too close to the situation. Spreading rumors won't work this time however, possibly due to a little magic and the fact that Marinette is a Grand Green Witch, one of the strongest in Paris. Slowly, everyone wakes up from the Lila fog and even Gabriel Agreste is starting to realize that maybe there is more than the Miraculous that can heal his beloved. Miraculous AU, aged up.
The time is 6 months before Senior Prom. Kagami left home after the last time her mother was Akumatized as "Matagi Gozen," instead choosing to go into hiding with Felix. With Kagami missing, Gabriel and Tomoe have no choice but to put "Operation Perfect Alliance" on hold. Gabriel uses Lila as a backup plan leaving her as the face of Agreste Brand.
Thanks to Lila everyone except Luka, and Zoe has turned against Marinette. Everyone thinks Lila and Adrian are dating, no matter how much Adrian dismisses or argues. Gabriel seems persistent in pushing the relationship via the media. With all the rumors spreading about her, Marinette decides to give up. She has been fighting Lila's lies for 2 and a half years now. So when she is caught up in an akuma attack and sees a large section of crumbling wall above where Ladybug happens to be standing, she takes advantage of this opportunity and pushes it onto her, almost resulting in a victory for Hawk Moth. Lila is frustrated that she failed to actually kill Ladybug, but takes solace in the fact that she did hurt her……… unaware that the whole thing was caught on camera by Alya Cesaire. Karma is not mocked, Lila Rossi, and she’s gunning for you.

Summary
Marinette found an interesting stories where it states Lila exposed this will be her best plan unlike how Adrien disregard of exposing Lila as if her lies isn't hurting anyone but it did hurt which annoyed her the most. She might also ask Nadja to do a broadcast on this she wanted the entire world to know Lila Rossi's true colors but no she won't get akumatized by this in this fanfic she was reading had turn it up as her being akumatized.
It might also expose Hawkmoth identity included so she didn't have to deal with it herself. It would put a huge risk on Gabriel on his part to know that his alter-ego is gonna be exposed to publicity. But in this universe they will be reacting every arc on different stories on AO3 that Marinette can find.
