Suddenly he is very awake.
There’s a man in his room that he doesn’t recognize.
In one hand he holds a smoking cigarette between slender, scared fingers.
In the other he holds a handgun aimed casually at Kevin’s prone form.
He’s mid drag of his cigarette when Kevin freezes, going cold all over.
Petal pink lips curve upwards around the cancer stick, the cherry red butt glowing softly.
“Good morning, Kevin Day.”

“Alright,” Dream hummed as he finally turned, striding over to Punz, energy visibly almost boiling over in every exaggerated movement he made. He gripped the handle of the knife tight as he leaned over them. “You ready?” One of his knees was propped against the side of the table, inches away from Punz’s side.
“Mm,” Punz hummed in response, letting the tension leave their body and leaning their head back. There was a lovely ache deep in their mind that only burned more as Dream pressed the knife right in the middle of their chest. “I’m always ready.” Dream leaned into the knife, blade slowly sinking into their skin. “Made ready.” The cut filled with blood and stained the silver bright crimson.
