Summary
Will never planned on getting himself kidnapped for the second time in only four years. So sue him for panicking and trying to throw himself off the next best tall place he could find.
After miraculously surviving the entire ordeal with a severely bruised ego and a definitely broken leg, the only thing left to break was the one rule he was sure would get him killed. And maybe death didn't sound so bad. If it wasn't for the annoyingly kind human boy Will had made a habit of exchanging notes with.
If Mike wasn't going to kill him, Will's nerves definitely would.
(THE BORROWER AU NOBODY ASKED FOR. Nobody but me, anyway. There‘s fanart for some chapters;))

The footsteps abruptly stop behind him, and Jaskier doesn’t dare inhale, doesn’t unclench his fists as he waits for his inevitable demise. He won’t scream. He won’t. Julian Alfred Pankratz, former Viscount of Lettenhove, does not scream in the face of death, even if that death is coming in the form of a thirty-foot giant.
Jaskier is labeled a revolutionary and a danger to the North, and is kidnapped & exiled to a wasteland of giants and monsters. He finds an unexpected savior in Geralt.
