Waking up from to unimaginable pain, 19 year old (now 14) Peter Parker wakes up in a shiny city. After getting his bearings he decides to head to a city called Gotham, it was the one that needed the most help. When he gets there his plans almost instantly get thrown out the window.

Obviously, Peter isn’t gonna fight for the bad guys. He’s a superhero!
Except the bad guys claims to have a secret weapon that will make him obey.
The portal opens again, and there’s a…little girl? Who the hell is this?
Somewhere in another world, Happy is losing his shit. His one job was to watch over Morgan, and some green portal just swallowed her whole!?

Peter Parker died.
He'd lived through a fatal spider bite, the transformation that came from that bite, a shit ton of bullet, knife, explosion etc wounds, a building falling down on him. He'd also lived through a war on another planet, getting quite literally dusted out of existence, and then coming back to fight yet another war. And more, he'd lived through a betrayal of someone he trusted with his life, and lived through death threats, bricks thrown at his windows, temporary homelessness, and villains coming from different dimensions with the sole intention to kill him.
He'd lived through it all.
Until one day, he didn't.
Or,
Peter Parker falls through a portal during a fight
And dies.
