Summary
Eddie is sure Steve Harrington has lit a cigarette before, but he’s fumbling around like he hasn’t got a clue what he’s doing. Eddie takes the lighter out of his hands, and Steve flinches back. Has the expression of a wounded deer on his face.
“I’ll do it for you,” Eddie says.
Steve scrunches his eyebrows, and Eddie holds the lighter up in front of him, then flicks his eyes down to the cigarette Steve is holding between his fingers. He slowly pulls his hand up to his face, and gently places it between his lips. Eddie leans over and lights it for him. Steve keeps staring at him, even close up. It’s bizarre.

Summary
After surviving Vecna and, more importantly, graduating high school, Eddie moves in with Steve and Robin. Needing a source of income, he and Steve decide to drive to California to buy weed from Argyle to bring back to Hawkins.
It's a perfectly good scheme, but things might not be all good in Hawkins by the time they get back.

Summary
One last squeeze of Eddie's thigh and Steve moves his hand. He doesn't take it away though, not really - instead he slides it up beneath Eddie's shirt, to rest just below his belly button. Dips his fingers below the waistband of Eddie's jeans, teasing at the elastic of his boxers.
“Steve,” Eddie breathes quietly, sounding incredulous and a little pained. “You can't be serious.”
“No one's looking,” Steve answers, just as quiet and breathless, but in delight instead of anguish. “C’mon, lemme get you off. Or tell me to stop.”
Eddie is quiet for a few seconds. Then he says, sounding very annoyed about it, “You're the fucking worst.”
(They're friends with benefits, maybe. They're on a four hour bus ride to Pompeii. Can I make it any more obvious?)
