After lying there with his brother Wilbur finally got up. Taking a couple of steps back he whispered “I should have known better. After all.- Even a Phoenix can Fall.”
Wilbur froze in place the second he took one last look at Tommy. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. Tommy’s wings were no longer dark and disfigured. No they went up in flames. The flames that originated from Tommy’s wings slowly engulfed the rest of his body. Wilbur stood there helplessly staring at his brother's burning body.
