Julian Pankratz was broad, with tufts of chest hair visible over the hem of the gown. His body tapered into a narrow waist and hips, with strong, muscular thighs that had been spread open for Geralt’s examination. But his face was like something from a Renaissance fresco. Handsome, cherub lipped; his soft brown hair was artfully tousled and Geralt was certain he had highlighted those striking blue eyes with kohl. A clash of raw masculinity, salacious sexuality and innocent boyhood that teased at something deep in the back of Geralt’s mind.

Summary
Jaskier finds himself in the halls of Kaer Morhen, home to the Warlord of the North. He didn’t expect to find the Warlord so attractive though.
Jaskier figures his normal gambit of flowers and poetry won’t go down well with a witcher, which leads to the immortal question of how to court one. Geralt figures if he wants to catch Jaskier’s eye he needs to compete with the techniques of the fancy courts Jaskier is used to. Both end in much confusion and little success.
Eskel, Lambert, Yennefer, and Ciri have a betting pool, and watch on in amusement.

Summary
Eskel owns a children's bookshop. It has been a year since the accident, and he is still working on his new normal. Jaskier visits the shop once a week to lead singalongs for the children. This is the story of how Eskel takes a chance on a flirtatious, nerdy, children's musician on Christmas Eve.

The bell above the front door jingled.
“Hello!” Jaskier’s voice rang out through the shop. Even his speaking voice had a musical quality to it. “Oh, wow, it smells delicious in here.”
Eskel's stomach fluttered. He emerged from the office and stopped in his tracks. Jaskier was standing inside the shop, brushing water from the ugliest Christmas sweater he had ever seen. It was orange and had tassels. Jaskier looked up as he stamped his boots on the mat. When he saw Eskel, his eyes crinkled with affection.
“Well, hello, handsome. I think you may even have me beat in the ugly sweater department.”
Eskel reflexively looked down at his sweater. It was a vivid, almost fluorescent green Grinch sweater. The original animation, of course. None of this Jim Carrey or Benedict Cumberbatch mediocrity.
“What do you mean, ‘ugly’? Mine is amazing.” Eskel self-consciously smoothed his sweater down.
