    Until now. Because, for some reason, the prince is spending his vacation at the same New Mexico ranch where Alex takes his group from the non-profit every year.

    “I’m going to romance you.”
    He sure it’s rude to be laughing, especially this loudly. And he honestly hates being such a jaded skeptic. Alex is kind to have such thoughts, but it’s truly preposterous. “What? What does that mean?” he finally manages.
    “Let me worry about that.” The bright eyes watch Henry carefully. “Tell me this. Don’t you always get what you want? When it comes to sex?”
    He opens his mouth to deny it.
    Looks at Alex’s elevated eyebrows, his lips tightened in mock solemnity.
    “Yes.”
    “So relax. I’m sure this time won’t be any different. Except I’m going to prove you deserve better than NDA-regulated hook-ups. I’m going to ruin you for your Authorized Men to Fuck list.”

    or, a professional hockey au where nhl superstars alex and henry have been rivals since they were sixteen years old. eleven years later, in a move that completely rocks the entire NHL and its fanbase, they become teammates. alex swears to himself that he just wants to keep his head down, stay in his own lane and play hockey. but, well, alex has never been good at doing either of those things when it comes to henry fox. a few mishaps and a round of damage control later force them to put their differences aside for the sake of their team, and if it also has alex reconsidering his stance on fox quite substantially, that’s no one’s business but his own, right?
