Summary
Midoriya Izuku has a bit of a problem— one that has to do with the fact that even though he technically has a Quirk, that doesn't mean his body isn't still Quirkless... Okay, so, yeah, he's got those useless Pre-Quirk body part: the extra toe-joint, an appendix and... and wisdom teeth.
On an unrelated note, did anyone else know that more often than not, wisdom teeth need to come out? Because Izuku sure didn't before his came in!

“So we’ll all be spouting fucking word vomit like Deku?!”
“Yes, Bakugou. Fucking word vomit.”

A file landed on Tsukauchi’s desk at two in the morning. He almost ignored it - he was on his fourth cup of coffee, and the source was anonymous. But when he opened it, his coffee nearly spilled, and the intern jumped. His thumb was already dialing the hero on the case.
“Shouta… you need to get down here,”
“Tsukauchi… have you looked at the time? I’m mid-patrol, currently apprehending-” A heavy thwack sounded over the line, then silence. Aizawa’s clipped voice returned. “Never mind. Explain.”
“You know the Yakuza case?” Tsukauchi’s words stumbled out. “It just got… a lot worse.”
“What do you mean?”
“They’re holding children captive.”
A pause. Then Aizawa’s flat, controlled tone: “Understood. I’ll be there in twenty.”

Or - Izuku Midoriya - Nullpoint, the infamous rifle villain with an aim to rival the Sniper Hero, has shifted tactics. His victims are no longer found with a bullet from a distance, but a close-range pistol. And the hero who’s been tracking him - a grumpy, sleep-deprived underground operative - doesn’t know what to make of it besides the Yakuza case, and the two mysterious kids tangled in this mafia mess.
