    Summary

“Hey, snowflake,” Robin says, a teasing lilt in his voice as he alights on the rooftop behind him.

Jack Frost jerks in surprise, eyes widening as he spins to face him. “Quit calling me that!” he orders, barely resisting the urge to stamp his foot. “I’m Jack Frost!”

“Could’ve fooled me,” Robin says, flashing a lopsided grin. “And the other heroes. And the other villains, come to think of it. And the newspapers. After all, the only thing anyone ever hears you called is—”

“Snowflake?” Mr. Freeze’s voice carries across the night air. “Snowflake, are you alright?” He sounds worried, which is silly because Jack Frost is perfectly capable of taking care of himself.

Still, there’s a little thrill of warmth and happiness at the concern. It’s nice to have someone who cares.

    Summary

Inspired by the text post about how the council should have at least tried to send Obi-Wan to Dooku's doorstep to learn the Sith ways.

Basically a Hardeen-esque arc of Obi-Wan switching sides and nobody telling Anakin shit, making him try to get his Master back. Featuring: an increasingly frustrated Sith Lord wondering why his apprentice-to-be is hardlining the light side, a content Dooku, just glad to have someone to teach again and the improv King Obi-Wan

    OR:

“Been making friends in low places, Hondo?” Dooku asked.
“I’d say…” Obi-Wan said, stepping out into the relative light streaming in from Dooku’s ship. “Can’t get much lower than you.”
“Kenobi.” Dooku smiled, though his cloak moved slightly to alleviate access to his saber should he need it. “What a pleasant surprise. Come to rescue a fallen comrade, have you?”
    “I’m afraid not.”
Dooku frowned, looking him up and down and tilting his head. “There’s something different about you.” His posture relaxed and his cloak moved over his weapon again as he chuckled. “Oh dear. What have the Jedi done to lose you?”

    Summary

The artifact glowed in Kenobi’s hands, consuming his entire body in a brilliant crystal blue. Dooku watched—half horrified, half entranced—as the box split open, the brush of the unifying force breathing in sync with the living. "A single touch from a single soul creates an unimaginable shift in the force," the descriptions of the artifact had uttered. The words couldn’t even begin to describe the shift in the air, the impenetrable tick of gears turning. And then, almost as soon as it began, the swirling blue light tucked itself back into the artifact with a soft hiss, leaving behind a man who was nothing like the general Dooku knew.

Standing in front of him was a young Jedi Knight who looked very much afraid.

    “Grandmaster?” Obi-Wan whispered.

Or in other words: During the late Clone Wars, Obi-Wan accidentally touches an ancient Jedi artifact, which transports his grieving Post-Naboo self into the future to take his place. Somehow this saves the galaxy.
