Hiro Arasaka is almost your average shinigami, he drinks more than he should, laughs too loud at his own jokes, smiles in a way that doesn't quite meet his eyes sometimes, has a relationship with his zanpakutō that can be described as tempestuous at best.
Oh, and he's completely, devotedly, blood is thicker than water level of loyal to Tōshirō and Rangiku (Who he's fallen hard for)
