Those were Jotaro’s words when Marina encountered him at the Speedwagon Foundation’s Medical Branch. To make matters worse, Jolyne seemed to agree with him. Marina knew they were doing this for her own good, but how was she supposed to help if she didn’t have a stand? Her ex-husband can be a stubborn man sometimes, but Marina didn’t think he’d eventually pass that onto their daughter.
It’s only been a few months, yet it’s felt like years since she’s last seen her daughter. Jolyne must’ve felt the same because she began to loudly sob once she was back in Marina’s arms. When was the last time she’s seen her daughter cry like this? She couldn’t recall. Her poor little girl…

Jotaro would practically jolt in his skin, a prominent flush dusting the tops of his ears and his words tumbling to leave his fumbling lips, fighting to hide his gaze under the brim of his hat.
Kakyoin’s lips curved into a soft grin. He could have some fun with this.

Kakyoin scoffed. “This is an insult!”
The director looked vaguely annoyed. “I have no doubt that this may be one of the hardest missions you have ever had.”
“Look, I get that she's a stand user, but how is looking after a baby my hardest mission yet?”
“Because the invisible baby is just the tip of the iceberg. You will also be looking after Dr. Kujo’s daughter.”

Another murderer is terrorizing Morioh, and Kakyoin is assigned by the Speedwagon Foundation to watch over and protect the children of the two men responsible for sending him home from Egypt. After holding a grudge for over a decade, he must learn to get along with Jotaro and Mr. Joestar again.
