By the third time Aloy wasn’t even struggling, distracted by the substantial weight of his body over hers. Erend was straddling her hips, the rest of his broad frame draped above her while both of his hands pinned hers to the hot sand.
“Are you even trying?” he teased, staring down at her with the grin she’d become so fond of.
“No,” Aloy admitted without thinking, as her gaze raked over his face.
