Shedletsky never really put too much thought into 1x1x1x1 before the world fell apart. They were a manifestation of hatred against him, sure, but it never seemed like that big of a deal. Just avoid them, get off scot free, right?
Well, he was cornered now. The last one alive and he had missed his opportunity to stun them long enough to make his escape. Their hulking form caged his down, drawing blood and causing his head to spin.
