There are no clothes soaked in rainwater sticking uncomfortably to his skin, no blaring music drowning him out, no blinding stage lights above him, and blood pooling at his feet, staining his shoes. Instead, cool air blows freely through the vents in their small, dark room, light seeping in from the gap beneath the door. Their comfortable clothes are clean, dry, and most importantly, free of blood.
Instead, Till makes out Ivan’s living, breathing figure sleeping next to him. Peacefully, without worries or fear, he hopes. No longer out of reach. Never will be.
Till wakes up from a nightmare.

amazing fic. first person writing is jarring at first but eventually grows on you. either way, it's so worth it for this fic
the writing of ralsei And of their dynamic with flowery is soooo good. i feel like very few people so far have been able to recreate the nuances of their in-game dynamic >.<

It was a risk to say, Flowery knew that as soon as the thought occurred to him. But Ralsei could react in so many different ways, and Flowery is curious to see which one gets chosen.
Ralsei’s gaze flutters down to the tip of Flowery’s finger, an angry and indignant flush flooding their face. What a predictable creature, the voice clip almost bursts out of him - but then Ralsei does something he didn’t expect.
Their face crumbles. For a brief moment, they look profoundly miserable, before their expression evens out into resigned sadness.

AWESOME EXTENSiON OF THE PRiNCESS SCENE FROM CH5.
i always find myself having a hard time explaining a character's thought process while writing so i reallyyy admire the way flowery's thought process is written out here !! it's very in character, and shows just how much he cares for ralsei but is also a bit frustrated with them. i felt like ralsei's own perspective is easy to grasp in this as well ^^

good fic!!
i really like the characterisation. i think berdly being really over the top is very in character for him. then his nervousness, his panic at the mere Idea of being rejected is nice. i always wish more fics touched upon that part of him, even if briefly, especially for exploring scenarios post-ch2's dark world. him getting that small boost of confidence to just. Try to do things differently. to reach out to new people. to do things he's been afraid to. even if he risks rejection. even if he's doubtful, believing that it was all a dream.... that's very interesting!! it avoids making his arc feel null.
also i know this is about kerdly but oh my god bro. noelle asking susie by making a display out of candy canes, susie eating it before halfway thru realising what it said and ending up in the nurse's cus she was choking is so stupid cute and in character for those two 〒▽〒 -

SUCH A CUTE FiC OMG??? i love how you can easily tell which of the letters were whose purely by how they write kris' name (i do admit, i mixed up ralsei and noelle's. ... but that's only because i'm a "doodler noelle" warrior. the idea of ralsei having glittery pens is amazing though)
for someone who's never written ralsei, his characterisation was so so good. like he stood out to me the most. but the others were also very well written!!! i love how different every interaction was, despite being about the same thing.
this is a wonderful kris fic. i think they deserve to have all the love in the world. thank you for indulging that dream of mine hehe
