   Summary

   The state often has pools for the worst of the worst humans, the runners, the disobedient, the problematic. But within that pool, at the very bottom, lies a monster that the state just can’t seem to file away. Now the powers that be have decided to place that monster in the hands of its operatives, the soldiers, agents, and military personnel that are tasked with keeping the state safe, and secrets buried, APEX, and APEX has tossed this monster to its best, Alpha Squad. Unfortunately for the girls of Alpha, they are in way over their heads. Can they tame the beast? Or are they going to be the next names on a very long list of deceased?
