Take on the role of Luke, the only friend Annie Leonhart ever had prior to joining the Marley Warrior Unit. As her childhood friend, you do your best to keep up with her and even enroll into the training program yourself, wary of letting her go on her own. You know that there are two titans that always deploy and fight together, the Female Titan and the Male Titan. Designed to both be generalists, adaptable and to cover for the weaknesses of the other, you hope to prove yourself capable enough to inherit the former, determined to keep Annie safe as you are both sent to Paradis Island alongside Marcel, Reiner and Bertold to reclaim the Founding Titan for the Marley Empire.
How will events unfold with you there? Will your intervention be enough to take the Founder and return to Paradis safe? Or will the island devils cause too much of an influence and even cause you to go against your primary goal of protecting Annie and the Marley Empire?

So there were basically zero fanfictions that were about Lux/Reader, and I spent a ton of time looking for a decent one. Well, there were either unfinished ones or ones that were pretty bad, so I decided to be the change I want to see in the world and try my best at doing one myself.
In short, after winning an arena event in the capital of Demacia, you get assigned as one of the Royal Guards that act as personal protectors for members of the royal families. You get the duty to protect Luxanna Crownguard, or Lux, as she likes to be called. Her own brother - the popular knight Garen, personally tasked you with watching over his sister, while he was away on campaigns and to follow her everywhere she went and tell him everything she does, or risk getting punished. He has noticed that recently, his sister has been spending a lot of time in private and Garen began to get worried. Will Lux even approve of your presence and task, and how will your relationship develop?
