When a dumb teenage decision not only forever changes the lives of Peter Spankoffski and Stephanie Lauter, but lands them at Camp Idontwannabang, their only goal is to survive the summer. But a joke gone wrong earns them the attention of Grace, the Jerries, and the entire camp and launches the pair into the scandal of their lives. It's gonna be a bumpy summer.

Under the constant, watchful eye of the counselors, Max is forced to drop the literal monster schtick and they see a nicer side of him that leaves them wondering how genuine this tentative friendship is and if it will last when school’s back in session. Either way, they’ll have to band together if they want to survive whatever’s lurking out in the woods.
