Summary
It starts with a weed-eater, “For trimming around my gardens, Shane.” Ilya will start up his weed-eater, solid arms yanking the pull chain back, he’ll walk around his raised garden beds and along the edges of his flower beds, carefully trimming the grass. He always does it shirtless. Shane would argue that it wasn’t appropriate dress for manual labor, but then he wouldn’t get to see Ilya’s gorgeous broad shoulders shinning with sweat. He wouldn’t get to watch the line of Ilya’s back as he lifts the shockingly heavy equipment.
A look at several summers at the cottage and Ilya's love for yard work and Shane's love for watching his husband do yard work.

“No, June, you don’t get it, it’s my desk, I sat there for like two weeks before desk guy got there!” Alex says through a bite of a hot dog.
“Alex, I don’t think two weeks is long enough to stake a claim and it’s not like you actually, legally, claimed this desk. You’re in law school, you should know this.” June sounds done with his shit; he admittedly has talked about desk guy to her a lot, as in, he sends her an angry text every Tuesday and Thursday when he sees his stupid blonde hair and ridiculous broad shoulders hunched over the desk.
Alex just wants his desk back in the library, he gets more than he bargains for.
