A few people tease him for acting like he’s Robb wife and he quietly confesses to Robb that sometimes he wishes he’d been born a woman if only so that could be true.
He and Robb then wake up in a world where it is.

A huge, hulking beast of a thing, mud clinging to its smoke-grey coat, foam spilling from its maw. It yanks at the trap’s chain with a flash of its fangs, its movements growing frantic as its panic crescendos, and Reek is rooted to the spot. The realisation sinks into his stomach, up to the hilt.
A wolf.
Alternately;
Winterfell is ancient myth, a made-up city said to lie deep within the Wolfswood. At least, that is what everyone believes. It's what Reek believes, before he discovers a wolf in one of his master's hunting traps. A wolf that is too large. A wolf that is too clever. A wolf that, despite himself, Reek ends up freeing.
