Summary
Antonio didn’t know what to think of his new neighbors. Feliciano was kind enough, but the same couldn’t be said for his older brother. He didn’t want to fight, but Lovino knew exactly which buttons to press. There might be more to the two boys next door, but Antonio had his own problems at home to deal with.
*_*_*_*_*_*_*
A collection of interconnected one-shots I wrote for These Hands Could Hold the World. All prequel stuff, mostly from Antonio’s point of view. It goes into his childhood and his side of the story.
Gets progressively more narrative as the boys get older, I really stopped writing these as one shots at some point and it kind of turned into its own story. Will update as I edit.

Summary
He wasn't supposed to die. Grandpa Roma was invincible, he was always there. It was all his fault.
Feliciano and Lovino are left to fend for themselves after the death of their beloved grandfather. They move in with lifelong friend Antonio Carriedo, and do their best to act like the adults that they are(n't).
High school sweethearts, angst, and enough fluff to kill you. This is a good ol' fashioned slice of life of a struggling little family, and how they learn to stick together through it all.

Summary
The first time Antonio laid eyes on the scruffy delinquent curled up on the side of a building — his building — he didn’t think anything of it. The kid was insufferable, vulgar even, and he had no right loitering outside the flower shop Antonio had worked so hard to open.
He knew the kid was in a bad spot, he knew that he was a foul-mouthed vagrant, he knew that he had no place to go, but Antonio had a business to protect.
Too bad this ill-tempered boy didn’t give a damn about what Antonio wanted.

This is going to be fairly light-hearted, but there are going to be darker points. Nothing gets sugar-coated here, so please tread lightly. That being said, the focus is on the developing romance and how love can bloom even in the roughest places.

Summary
“Italy, united we can be the Great Roman Empire once again. Let’s join and we can become the strongest country in the world together!”
"...Okay."
A retelling of history if Italy had agreed to Holy Rome all those years ago.
Don't let the 'history' thing scare you off, this is a story that focuses on the development of Italy and Holy Rome's relationship as they grow up through the years. What if they really got to grow up together? How would Italy be different? Would there even be a modern-day Germany? And what of the rest of the world?
There's fluff, fluff, and more fluff abound as Italy and Holy Rome take the world by storm, hand in hand.

Summary
Gilbert wasn't perfect, but he tried.
It'd been years since Gilbert had bothered to attend church, but with a little brother to keep an eye on, he wanted to make certain that Ludwig had a good role model to look up to. So off to church they went, expecting nothing more than droning lectures, and antiquated hymns on a dusty pipe organ. It was supposed to be boring. Uneventful. But it wasn't.
There was a new priest in town, one with a voice like honey, and eyes alight with hellfire. He was interesting, an anomaly in an otherwise drab town.
Gilbert wasn't perfect, but he's not the only one.
Just who is this fresh face, and why can't Gilbert get him off his mind?

Summary
"Lovino is determined to see that the fate of those poor souls will be neither his nor Feliciano’s. He will find out who he has been betrothed to, and he will search like damn hell until he has dug through every bit of knowledge he can find. He will break every tradition, and blind every eye if it means keeping him and his twin safe."
Lovino has been the problem child from the very second he took his first breath. He has lived in his brother's shadow and under the disappointed gaze of his grandfather. But he'll be damned if he ever just lies down and takes it. He will control his future the best he possibly can now that it is in his own hands, and he won't let being an Omega ruin the rest of his life as it seems it is desperately trying to do. Arranged marriage or not, Lovino will never stop fighting until his very last breath, or until he realizes the only thing he's fighting is himself.
Above all, he will never love the man he's now forced to marry.

Summary
Lovino Vargas isn't destined for anything great, he just wants to get through his senior year unscathed. It's really too bad that his end of semester English project, his college applications (or lack thereof), and Feliciano's endless drama keep interfering with that plan.
Not to mention Antonio Carriedo, who seems more invested in Lovino's academic life - and Lovino's life in general - than Lovino himself. What a disaster.
Or: a high school!AU featuring Antonio, who loves to over analyze literature, and Lovino, who could really use a nap.
