"Hongjoong, hello, you are just in time to settle a debate," Wooyoung's loud voice announces.
Hongjoong shook his head fondly before turning to humor the boy. "Oh? What's the debate?"
"I think Seonghwa is married," Wooyoung states, "And Sannie is under the impression that someone that gorgeous would be alone living the single life."
"Seonghwa seems like someone that would be out at clubs on the weekend," San defends, "Someone that pretty doesn't just tie themselves down like that."
"You are close with Seonghwa, aren't you?" Wooyoung asks.
"You could say that," Hongjoong nods, highly amused by the conversation.
"Do you know if he is married?" Wooyoung asks.
"I do," Hongjoong nods again.
"Well?" Wooyoung asks, "Are you going to tell us?"
"Nope," Hongjoong smirks, grabbing the two cups of coffee he had been making
Or: Wooyoung and San are absolutely clueless.

"Dance with me," Hongjoong states, taking one of Seonghwa's hands in his and placing his other hand on Seonghwa's hip. "Dance with me to the sounds of the ocean."
"Always," Seonghwa smiles.
And so while the rest of the crew drinks and laughs below deck, the Captain and his first Mate Dance under the moonlight to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Safe in each other's embrace.

Summary
In a society where hybrids were either fancy pets or alleycats, Seonghwa knew he enjoyed many privileges as a pedigree indoor cat and that the discrimination he faced was nothing compared to what stray catpeople went through. These invisible and forgotten cats would probably give everything they have to get just a mere fraction of the perks he got, but he couldn’t help but think that he’d also give everything he has just to enjoy their apparent freedom just once.
He still felt the slight pang of jealousy as he stared at the clowder of catboys playing in the park, excited screams and meows traveling all the way to the car. Seonghwa had never had the chance to interact with strays before, but they always looked so ...happy and carefree. He yearned to know what that felt like.
He snapped out of his longing daydreams when his attention was momentarily drawn to one of the cats laying on the grass - an orange tabby who was already staring at him by the time their eyes met, intense gaze piercing through him.

Summary

"Wait... wait what are you saying?"
"We're going to have a baby... a fry... Hongjoong, I'm pregnant."
"But! I- We're both males!"
"I... its a shock to me as well, but male sirens... we can carry... apparently..."
Hongjoong was speechless, he had no idea what to say to that. All he could do was blink hard a few times at his oldest friend, no the man who held his heart in shock and awe. More tears spilled down the pink haired siren's beautiful face and Hongjoong wanted nothing more but to gather him into his arms and comfort him once more but his body was frozen.
"I'm sorry..." the words were spoken so softly and before Hongjoong registered them properly, Seonghwa broke away from him and turned and fled.
"Seonghwa!!" Hongjoong called desperately after the siren. But Seonghwa didn't turn around.
And Hongjoong didn't chase him.
He should've chased after him.
