    As Leo stared at the control panel, it hit him how insane it actually looked. There was no order, no label for a button function, it was nonsense.
    He only knew what to press because he made it. Yet, Leo had to admit it was by design.

    After months building the ship he’d slowly gotten more and more anxious about the fact that the others wouldn't need him. Once the ship was built, what would be the need for Leo to stick around?

    So he went a bit off the rails on the controls. If no one else understood it, then they’d have to keep him around.

    Janus hated whenever he was like this, whenever someone says something in just the wrong enough tone or just a tiny bit louder than normal and it made him want to sob, whenever he has to wait for everything to wrap up naturally so he can leave with everyone else and no one would pay more attention to him leaving and notice how badly his hands had started shaking.

    He hated how sometimes his instincts just told him to run to his room and hide in his bed under the covers like a scared little kid just because someone started raising their voice.
