Summary
Vegetta had always held the false hope that he might have a choice in who he married. It was a hope of romance, but it was one he never should have entertained. Now, faced with the imminent death of his father and the responsibility of carrying on that legacy, the choice of a lifelong companion had to be rushed, and it had to be correct. No pressure, as long as he could keep the marriage amiable at the very least.
Foolish had never held much hope for anything, fifth in line for his own land’s leadership and a cast out of society at that; His existence, for most of his life, had been a mere footnote. Being sent away to marry into the crown family on the mainland had never been a thought in his mind until it happened. Told to keep their lands peaceful to each other, while hiding a shameful secret of his own, the risk of shaming his family and people even more than he already had is a looming thought.
Both, with no other choice, decided to do the best they could given the circumstances.
Circumstances are inclined to change, however, and secrets between lovers can never stay secrets for long.

Summary
The aircraft leaving Piltover should've been a simple ride, one that went unnoticed by those not paying attention. It was time for her to break the cycle. Her legs dangled as she stared at the retreating cities below her, her fingers toying with her last gemstone, with a curious look, she leered at it closer.
A simple choice to finally look at it, not for what it was, but for how it shined, a slight twitch of her eye was all she had as a warning before a quick burst of blue engulfed her.
When she opens her eyes, she's on the ground, no sign of injuries, but her legs feel too numb to be fine. With a bit of struggle, she finally manages to sit herself up, only to be face to face with a curious bright green eyed boy with a similar features to a child she once knew.
