Summary
Isagi Issei has never understood what ‘El Gee Bee Tee’ was. He didn’t understand it when he saw two women holding hands under the same umbrella, nor the pink flag keychains that hung from their bags.
He didn’t understand it either, and he was a little taken aback, when he saw a man leave a soft kiss on another’s cheek in the mall. Although he’ll never say it out loud, he could feel a small bitter aftertaste in his mouth.
So imagine his surprise when one day, his only son brought a man home. A tattooed, foreign man to say the least.
“Mom, dad,” Isagi started, as the two men stepped into the foyer. Issei could feel his eyes widen as his gaze traced from the blue rose on the foreigner’s neck, down the inked vines and onto their interlocked hands.
“This is my boyfriend, Michael Kaiser,” Isagi explained, as the man bowed to them awkwardly.
“Freut mich, Sie kennenzulernen,” Kaiser said.
There was a lot that Issei will have to learn, because he’ll love Isagi no matter what.

He coughs as we waves the air away from his face, bringing his other hand to still pet Kaiser, but stills when he’s met with a head of hair rather than fur.
A very human face nuzzles into his neck, and a low voice follows. A shiver creeps up his spine as he hears, “You smell like another person's perfume today”
He has to be hallucinating. Work finally got the best of him and now he’s imagining his dog as a jealous human man. Yep.
