'I wish Homura received all the happiness she deserved!'
Was what Kaname Madoka wished for in the last, disastrous timeline. With the god-like power at her disposal, this wish echoes across timelines and permeates throughout the world. When Homura wakes up in the hospital again, the new world couldn't be more different: She has overpowered new abilities, new family members(featuring, um, Clara dolls? WTF?), social media fame, Soulmate marks(wait...FIVE of them???), a nice Homulilly(kinda), new dimensions, and more.
But...were these cat ears and tail really necessary, Madoka?
(Whatever. If it made Madoka happy, then it made Homura happy.)- - - - - - - - - - -
Essentially, Homura is getting what she DESERVES. My girl has gone through too much suffering, and she'll finally get some fluff and comfort and flyswatting(well...after a tad bit more angst, perhaps. :) ).

Summary
"What is your wish, Madoka Kaname?"
She looked down at Homura. At the dying light of her soul gem. At the face of a girl who had been trying, alone, for longer than Madoka understood yet.
"I want her power," Madoka said. "The ability to go back. To try again. I want to inherit it, so that she doesn't have to anymore. So that she can rest."
Homura's eyes opened. She was looking at Madoka with an expression that was between horror and grief. She looked so helpless and defeated.
"Madoka," she pleaded, desperately. "Don't. Please, you don’t understand."
"It's okay," Madoka told her. She didn't fully understand what she was agreeing to yet, "I'll figure it out. I promise."
She felt the wish leave her like an exhale. Felt something new settle in her chest in its place, heavier and stranger than anything she had words for yet. Her soul gem bloomed pink in the dark.
Homura stared at her. Her soul gem flickered once more, and then went still. Her eyes glazed over, permanently pleading silently for Madoka to run away from all of this. The rain kept falling. The raindrops rain down Homura’s face as if she were crying, even as she lay still.
