Summary
Now Tim is face to face with a gun to his forehead and Jason with a crookedly applied mask on his face. Tim should probably feel more afraid but he isn't really.
“... What do you want?” Jason snarks, while holding the gun firmer.
“Oh - yea.” Tim startles. He was just shocked at seeing Jason and zoned out. “I came here to do what you suggested.” Tim reaches for the duffle bag.
“Stop right there.” Jason squints his eyes in suspicion. “ Slowly.” Tim measures his movements and slowly unzippers the bag. Presenting his Robin uniform and mask laid carefully on top. Jason’s eyebrows furrow.
“...What is this?” Jason asks.
Tim thought it was kinda obvious but he answers nonetheless. “My Robin uniform. I’m giving it to you.”
OR
Tim tries to reunite Jason with the Waynes after Titans Tower. First by retiring as Robin and isolating himself and then proceeding to mastermind his way into fixing a dysfunctional vigilante family like its his pet project. Meanwhile Jason finds someone meddling in his life and Crime Alley. He takes this personally.

The words dissolve into wet coughing, blood spilling from his lips.
And for the first time in his life, he has all of them listening.
All of them looking at him.
All of them seeing him.
“I just wanted to be loved,” Tim chokes out.
The world stops.
His family freezes in horror.
Tim’s eyes burn, tears slipping sideways into his hair.
“Was that too much to ask for?”
No one answers.
Those are Tim Drake’s last words.Or
Tim wakes up ten years in the past and makes sure his family is happy

Summary
“Death already took Robin, alone and unwanted. I couldn’t let you go the same way.”
Benched and struggling with the feeling that he’s been replaced, Tim sits at his desk at 3 AM debating if it's easier to be here and unwanted or gone and missed.
He wasn't expecting the ghost of Jason Todd to appear in his bedroom and offer him a third option: follow him into the afterlife. No dying required.
The rest of the family has something to say about that.

Tim Drake has known what he was since he was young.
Janet Drake never did anything to try and hide his parentage. Didn’t even try to hide her infidelity from his father. Not that his father seemed to care all that much. They were both distant. But even that wasn’t even that different from before. Didn't try to hide the way her belly was bulging when they came back from Greece.
Janet hadn’t had to tell Tim about his heritage. It was hard to hide given his…well. His everything. His eyes tended to give things away even when he’s trying to hide. The too-clear blue like a sunny sky with no reprieve. And he’s accidentally drawn the Truth from many people without trying. Just because of his eyes.

Tim Drake was on a field trip at 13 when the explosion killed his class, leaving on him and six others alive in the rubble of the Museum. He was 15 when his powers came in and was immediately taken in by Team Flash. He was 23 when his powers sent him away from the home and life he'd created for himself.
Or Tim Drake was adopted by Team Flash and is an actual functioning adult. His super powers send him to an alternate timeline where he meets a very different version of reality.
