Jason poked his head in, looking at bookshelves lining the wall and filled to the brim with unsorted, used books. While looking around, Jason realized the mistake he’d made.
Nico sat in a cozy looking leather chair on the other side of the room. He had a book open on his lap and headphones pushing his hair back behind his ears. He toyed with a strand of his hair, flipping a page as his sharp eyes studied it. Jason stood there and watched for a minute as Nico scribbled something in his notebook, chewing his lip the same way he did in class. He sighed and closed his book before standing and taking off his headphones.
To avoid being caught staring, Jason decided to hang out among the shelves and stage a totally natural run in. Like a normal person.

Jason decided to take a literature class at his college, met Nico, and stalked his book blog on Tumblr all in the span of a month. Oh, and they started dating after a very confusing miscommunication. -

Nico is helping Camp Half-Blood to accommodate for new campers after the Titan War. When one demigod comes in with a knack for pyrotechnics, and the two are given a quest, Nico realizes he may have to stick around with Leo for longer than just orientation.
