Katsuki Bakugou has been drawn to the water his entire life. When his mother tells him a story of mermaids and mermen from centuries ago, he takes it to heart, remembering to always be respectful of the ocean.
Years later, he starts seeing things that are hard to believe. Scales larger than anything he's seen before, glimpses of a green tail ducking out of sight.

Midoriya panics for the sake of his friend. His friend that had just fought beside him, the friend he had just transferred his quirk to. He panics for the blonde because he can’t tell if he’s breathing.

While defeating Hawk Moth, Chat Noir gets thrown through a portal and is never seen again by the people of Paris. Mourning the loss of her partner, Ladybug disappears from the public eye and instead becomes Lady Noire in secret. She’d never leave Paris defenseless but she can’t bear to be Ladybug without her partner. Three years later, Lady Noire’s life is suddenly turned upside down when she meets three strange boys, all who have powers without having a miraculous. After working together, they find out that the three boys somehow got teleported into an alternate universe. How will Marinette be able to get ‘the Big Three’ as they’re known, back to where they belong? And could it be too much of a stretch to believe their friend Adrien is the same one she lost that day three years ago?

Or Red Hood kidnaps Robin and ends up with way more than he bargained for.

Peter was alone, mid-way through an existential crisis after the Erasure™ and was dreading the upcoming month of May.
Jason was sick of people telling him how he felt. ‘You don’t need us anymore,’ Artemis had told him, as if saying it would make it true. As if Jason needed someone to justify keeping them around. But three weeks back in Gotham and all Jason felt was fucking bored and lonely.
It was a relief, then, when some random New Yorker was thrown into his living room through a portal straight out of some LSD daydream.
Finally, something interesting to deal with.
Cue some wild family misunderstandings, criminal conspiracies and cults.
Because there’s always a goddamn cult.

Jason’s finger twitches on the trigger. His face responds like he’s the one at gunpoint.
“Who the fuck are you?” He demands.
Clark sighs.
“Well I told you, I’m Superman,” he says, “but if it rings any bells, they used to call me Superboy-Prime.”
The result is instant. Jason’s eyes shoot open and his finger presses to fire. Clark is in front of him before he’s finished. He pulls the gun out of Jason’s grip by the barrel, faces inches apart as he cranes his neck down to make them even.
