For AWAU discord server October PromptFest.
For as long as she can remember, Milena has been able to see them. At first her fanciful ramblings were chalked up to the imagination of a young girl. Then it became an oddity quickly shuttered away when it embarrassed her father one too many times. But in the new life she has carved for herself among the Wolfblood, she cannot escape or ignore it any longer.
Kaer Morhen is filled with Lingering, and one of them in particular seems attached to her husband Lambert.

Summary
The rutting season, it’s a first Lucifer even hears of it. He knows, of course, what it means in terms of animals and nature, more specifically of the deer nature but Alastor definitely isn’t an animal, despite some very distinct deer features. Perhaps he has more of a deer in himself than he lets on, though and if so, Lucifer is dying of curiosity what it even means for him during his season.

.Except, what he comes to is no rut at all, which makes Lucifer simultaneously scream inside and lose his mind irreversibly for one pretty doe over and over again, whom he finds in the dim lights of the bayou.
He’s ready to count his blessings as long as the breeding season allows it.
This story was written for Doe Alastor Week 2026, in a form of a two-chapter fic, containing the following prompts: breeding season/fawns, scent marking, tail pulling/doe eyes, chasing/hooves, mounting/deer spots, deer noises/Bambi. Happy celebrations of our favorite doe to you all!

Summary
In a world where humans receive their soulmate's lost items, Alastor grows up surrounded by rubber ducks. They were fun when he was five, but, as he grows up, he understandably becomes weary of them and the many, many more items his forgetful soulmate can't seem to stop losing.
Lucifer doesn't receive as many items, but they sure take a turn when his soulmate finds his real vocation. He knows his soulmate needs to sin in order to meet him in Hell, but did it have to be murder?
It takes them a lifetime to meet, but, until then, they learn what they can about the other through what they inadvertently, or perhaps purposefully, lose.

Summary
Takes place immediately after season two.
Lucifer and Alastor had a terrible time at the Vee’s tower. After getting back to the hotel, Alastor is struggling and hiding the fact that he is struggling. Lucifer is realizing things about his life and marriage.
Charlie is clueless and is planning lots of events at the hotel.
Lucifer and Alastor start a book exchange club.
Together, they learn to trust, to love, and to recover.Also, they fuck nasty, but not until way later because trauma.

It was the anniversary of the day Lilith had left.
Not something Alastor had ever seen himself caring about, but Lucifer's steadily growing low mood had weighed on him as though it were his own, and he knew this sort of thing typically cheered a man up. He was no fool. Besides – it was rather fitting, wasn't it? Presenting Lucifer with such a memento on such a day? He had no need to remember his absent wife, not when Alastor was around.
Rosie gestured towards the chaise lounge. “Alright then. Let's see what we're working with.”

Or: Alastor has a rather unique idea to soothe Lucifer's upset mind. A boudoir photoshoot might not be a traditional kind of 'cheering up' tool, but it ought to do the job, no?
