Summary
Several years has passed since the death of Makoto Yuki, and Aigis have been keeping her promise of living the best of her life. However, her life takes a sudden turn when Aigis wakes up and finds herself an actual human instead of a robot. Not only that, but the memories of her friends doesn't line up with hers. Reality has changed, but she doesn't know why. Aigis is determined to find the cause of these changes, but everything comes to a halt when Makoto walks back into her life alive and well. Life is perfect now, but Aigis knows this isn't right. Still, is it wrong for her to admit that she's happy?

However, in recent months, Aigis' body has been undergoing a mystifying change, forcing the couple to be separated from each other until the completion of Aigis' transformation. As the new year approaches, Makoto finds himself worrying about what this change will mean for Aigis and their future together. Will the savior succumb to his fears, or will he find the courage to brave the unknown?

“I’m sorry, Yuki, but it’s unlikely Aigis will be repaired by Christmas. The damage she sustained was more extensive than we initially thought. If we’re lucky, Aigis should be fully repaired by New Year’s.” Those were the last words Makoto Yuki wanted to hear from Mitsuru.
It's almost Christmas, and unfortunately Aigis is still out of commission after her fight with Ryoji at the Moonlight Bridge. To Makoto Yuki, no one should spend Christmas alone. It was a special type of loneliness that he had to experience for ten years, and he doesn't want Aigis to go through the same thing. Makoto isn't going to let that happen no matter what.
