In this modern-day alternate universe, Joey and Pacey meet for the first time in Boston's historic North End. Think Dawson's Creek vibes with a healthy dash of Victor from the film Karate Kid Legends. If you haven't seen it that's fine, just watch a clip or two of Joshua Jackson's performance and you'll get the idea.

Summary
This is a collaboration between various members of the Pacey/Joey fanfic community.
Each chapter will be a one-shot inspired by the title of one of the episodes of Dawson’s Creek, and we hope to eventually release one for every episode made!
The one-shots will all be centred around our favourite couple, and the chapters won’t be in episode order (except the first and possibly last) so as not to stifle creativity, so they can be dipped in and out of and read out of order. They will be a mixture of canon/AU, different stages or times of life for our couple etc.

Almost entirely canon divergent, following the AU and including the original characters established in my previous work “Every Time I Look At You”, our heroes face the excitement and uncertainty of their newfound independence.
