Summary
In a world where the Wayne family are hereditary cat shapeshifters, every child receives their feline form on their ninth birthday. Bruce is an American cougar, Dick a Siberian lynx, Jason a caracal, Tim an ocelot, and Alfred—now too old to shift—a white tiger. Damian grows up expecting the same: a large, powerful predator worthy of the Wayne name.
When it doesn't turn out the way he expects he's terrified, so he flees Wayne Manor before sunrise wearing only thin clothes and an oversized sweatshirt.

"Uh, I dunno, used to? Didn't really use wooden forks much though, so not really." Apparently happy with the choice, he pulled the bowl out and scrapped the covering, next going for a large serving spoon from one of the doors so he could shovel it into his mouth like a starved dog. "Fuckin' chopsticks was what we had to keep an eye on." He added in between mouthfuls, giving Dick a smirk and a knowing glance, as if they were both in on it and Dick knew anything about what he meant. "Anyway, I'm out. See you next family reunion, or tragedy or whatever."
And then he was gone, as was one of Alfred's favourite serving spoons and bowl, and the potato salad Dick knew for a fact Bruce had been saving to eat for lunch the next day. Jason probably knew that part, to be fair.
"...Chopsticks?" He muttered to himself, baffled, in the now empty kitchen.

Damian has some concerning habits. Jason's the only one that seems used to it. The rest of the bats scramble.

The person who opens the door is tall and lean. Taller than Tim by…five inches? Possibly more. He’s ranging on 5’11, could already be 6’0. He has tiny scars across his face and hands, some scars pretty noticeable against his tanned skin. His green eyes are piercing and vibrant. Part of Tim wants to scream, ‘Bruce took in another!?’ but Tim’s hippocampus recognizes him rather quickly. “Damian?”
“Drake.” The boy (man?) says looking down at Tim. “It is good to see you, I suppose.” Damians hands twitch at his side as if wanting to do something. If Tim knows Damian at all, it’s probably strangle him. Ultimately, he opts out of whatever violent decision he was considering and instead tugs on his hoodie as he opens the door more to allow Tim in.
Tim walks in, looking around the manor for changes. Because Damian becoming a giant with manners can’t be the only one.
