“Radiation isn’t like regular diseases,” Tubbo said. “There’s no biological immunity.”
“And yet, somehow, I’m the exception.” Ash spread his arms. “If we can find out why, we can create a cure, and then Multi will be done.”
It was a solid plan on the surface. Destroy the radiation, destroy Multi’s leverage.
But that was where Tubbo was wrong. No plan survives first contact.
Ash asks Tubbo to help him create a cure, using his own immunity as the model. As the process begins to unearth memories that should have remained buried, Tubbo struggles under the weight of his leader's trust.
He won't ever be able to look at Ash in the same way again.

"Yeah?" Quackity looked up from where his face was smushed into Multi's shoulder, a hint of a mischievous smile forming on his lips.
"Yeah, so let's just get the fuck out of here." With that, the scientist took his partner's hand, leading him away from the venue.
Quackity didn't resist.

Summary
Lloyd has been having this reoccurring dream ever since he became the Conduit. He wakes up in this field of gray, a vast expanse of nothing that goes on forever, the void cracks under his feet, and then, in some way or another, he dies.
In the waking world, he can feel the seams of himself falling apart, and soon, the world starts to fall apart with him.He'll have to relearn how to lean on his team if he wants to figure out what's going on, otherwise he genuinely fears he might lose himself to the chaos he's been finding in his own mind. Is it the power of the Source Dragons tearing him apart from the inside? Or is it something deeper, something he has to face within himself?
