Summary
After a hard couple of days at work, you needed something soft and comforting to sink into to calm your nerves. You decided the best course of action was to turn your shared bed into a nest of blankets, pillows, and stuffed animals. When you lived alone you'd do it all the time, but the thought of doing it in Leon's bed made your face burn with embarrassment. There was no universe where he didn't make fun of you for it, but you decided that risk was worth it today. Besides, he was supposed to be at work late into the night; you had plenty of time to disassemble your nest before he got home.
You were curled up in the middle of the plush hoard, headphones blocking out the sound of the door opening as you watched videos on your phone.
"Jesus, doll, how long did this take?" His gruff voice cuts through the noise cancellation, full of amusement.
