Summary
Shadow Stalker, Sophia Hess, has been doxxed, publically unmasked. Armsmaster and Miss Militia must investigate to determine who has broken both the law, and the Unwritten Rules.
There current suspect, identified by Hess herself, is Taylor Hebert: a troubled young girl with a history of delinquincy.
In order to close this case quickly, Armsmaster makes a choice. This choice gives them twenty four hours in Master/Stranger interrogation to determine if, and how, Hebert was involved in the unmasking.
A criminal and investigative drama, as the two heroes find just how wide a web they have stumbled into.

Summary
Katniss Everdeen-Mellark goes to the woods surrounding New Appalachia, a.k.a the former District Twelve, on the morning of the fiftieth anniversary of the final Reaping of the Hunger Games. There, she is literally waylaid by her own past, and wakes in the past, six weeks before Primrose was first Reaped. Alone, grieving, terrified, and without a clue on how she got there (and then), she realizes that it will be impossible for her- on every level- to simply live through events as they transpired in her personal future. Summary
When pushed to her limit and realising that nobody cares enough to save her, Taylor breaks and gains superpowers in a very, very public Trigger Event. Able to transform into and manipulate light, she can cross a continent in the time it takes to blink an eye, yet cannot find her place in the world.
The only silver lining is the discovery that her uncle is a member of the Triumvirate, and through the pulling of strings, maybe she can start anew. Her life in Brockton Bay may be wrecked, but perhaps as a member of the New york Wards she can find somewhere, or someone, where she can rebuild and learn to trust others again.

Jean went straight to cabinet G-C, one of the smallest, right in the middle of the labyrinth, the one designated for plans that had been outmoded, rendered obsolete, or simply judged subpar. She set the bottle on top and got to work flicking through.
It was ten am by the time she’d finished.
The bottle was empty.
Jean sat cross-legged, leaned against the cabinet, open files strewn around her as she thumbed the side of one plan, one glorious, ridiculous plan simply labelled ‘In Case of Emergency’.
