Summary
A "series" of one-shots that take place during my fic, “Pancita” (hence the title), and chronicle Bruno’s recovery process and reunion with his family: AKA, the middle section of “Pancita.” I hadn’t planned on fleshing out that period, but here we are!
PREVIEW: Bruno slouches against the shallow crook of the armchair in the Guzmáns’ living room, trying to find a comfier arrangement for his post-lunch belly. The bloat from all the good food he’s eaten is causing his clothing to feel like a vice and the wild bump of his middle to be visible beneath his oversized ruana.
“Stop that,” he growls, dropping a hand onto his stomach when it lets out loud burbles of protest at being jostled.
“Hey. You okay?”

Summary
The decade spent living in the walls of Casita has, to put it mildly, affected Bruno’s health, physical and otherwise. Now that he’s out of the walls and back among his family, these things are also finding their way into the light. Like how the only part of him that even resembles anything substantial is his stomach: small, because he’s small, yet rounded, and sticking out a bit above narrow hips and meager thighs.
OR: In which time passes, and Julieta notices that all her and the family's efforts to get a malnourished Bruno healthy again have finally paid off.
