“ I’m not on their side.” Slade drank down the cola as he didn’t seem to forget one word. “ My hits are more oriented around the league these days, not your kiddie court. All I ask is for some space to breathe while under our contract, nit a Titan gets the option of a bullet through the skull. Not unless they deserve it, like your swine if a mayor.” He sipped to that, Dick retrieving his water and heading for the door.
“ In four days, we resume… but kid? Practice some masks before I get back.” The msn finished his drink as Dick briskly nodded before heading out, down the hall, before taking the barely tasted drink and finding a bin to toss it into.
His footprint versus footsteps grew ever quickly, as Dick put in his shades he’d kept, and walked out of that hotel with a scowl on his face much larger than back at the merc’s dump of a safe house.

He walked out, swapping to find the bathroom where a cluster of spiders had laid an egg sacks by the toilet.
Images of shower sex and sensual touches had the merc run to the bowl, seeing his reflection as he turned to the wall.Slamming his face into it.
To stop the faces, the pain….pain was all that was left, why did he find it?
Why, whywhywhy!!?
Waking up a bit later, the factor found him unharmed, his skull throbbing as he scrambled to see if Dick had escaped.
To his joy, no. No…his Robin was, tenderly asleep upon the dirtied sofa.
He looked at it, the idea of HIS Robin being filthy disgusted the man.
Stepping closer, that would not do in the slightest as the boy was hauled off for a warm soak.

Slade pulled the device while drying off from Grayson’s grip, as the kid cocked his head, Slade pointing for the boy to buzz off while adults discussed his, response.
“ Hello? Yes, you are? Ah, it is a bit late, yes.”
Dick crossed his arms, heading back to scrub the rest of their mess as Slade’s eye got wide.
“ H…the labs confirmed...” He stepped away, Dick humming over the chores he likely would have killed to have a dishwasher for. It still smelled like too much soy sauce, as he let Slade work.
Not knowing, that this action was where he needed to be present.
~ His bloodwork was….something of a rare case we sometimes don’t handle in our office. There is a better location in Central City –
“ I only want you to speak, that’s it.” Slade told the secretary. “ The doctor, I want a virtual appointment by tomorrow. I can cover any –
~ Mr. Wilston, your omega hybrid mate is perfectly healthy. The likelihood that there could be a severe reaction on their next heat is very –
“ The doctor.” Slade did not step away. ~ I want to hear it from them, not a slap of paper in my face. What do you have at the soonest?”

With another click of the remote, the clone buzzed back into a standing posture, identical to him.
The same dark, spiky hair. The same height, physique, and the exact same stance stood directly in front of each other.
Slade hadn’t necessarily planned for their meeting to happen like this. But as he looked down at the unmasked, shivering boy, he realized this deviation adhered to his plans perfectly.
Breaking Robin's body before breaking his mind was a welcome bonus.
Or: Robin gets kidnapped, sees a robotic clone of himself, has an identity crisis, and gives in to Slade
