Summary
Once every century, the Demon Lord demanded a sacrifice in exchange for his protection.
Lumine sharply inhaled when she felt the tips of his claws trail down her spine, the shiver that ghosted over her skin making her body tremble against him as her golden orbs remained fixed on the crimson mask mere inches away from her face.
She tried to ignore the way the ropes dug painfully into the skin of her wrists, the cold air biting into her exposed skin and when she felt him sharply grab a fistful of her golden locks as his other hand dug into the soft flesh of her ass to push her closer against his armor-clad chest, his hot breath brushed against her slightly parted lips.
She could feel his rock-hard length press hotly against her throbbing core, its inhumane length making her heart slam against her chest in apprehension and when the dim light of the candle shifted and she caught sight of his dark, hungry orbs from beneath the slits in his mask, she didn't dare breathe.
“Your life has been given to me,” His distorted voice echoed through the dark chamber, the possessiveness that laced his words making her blood run cold with a spark of apprehension. “-and tonight I shall devour you whole.”
