Summary
A delayed flight leads to a chance meeting which might just change the lives of Carla Connor and Lisa Swain forever. Strangers, independently travelling to Ibiza for very different reasons, the two women's paths converge as their plane is unexpectedly delayed. What begins as a way to pass time quickly grows into a tentative friendship with a chemistry bubbling thinly beneath the surface between them. When circumstances grow tense at the hotel, will Carla's presence prove a hindrance or a help as Lisa confronts a problem from her past in the shape of her narcissistic, manipulative ex-wife.
A frivolous, short side project to allow some more light-hearted writing while my other two stories are a bit heavier at present. And a challenge to myself to a) not injure any character so badly the need hospitalisation in this story and b) cram as many tropes in as possible lol.

Choosing her daughter's happiness over her own might be the riskiest thing she has ever done.
