Summary
No one chooses to move across the country -- away from all his friends and everything familiar -- his freshman year of high school, but it's a thing that happens sometimes. The mountains are very different from the city. He doesn't know anyone, there isn't much to do, and the deertaur in the area are strange and standoffish. The ride to school is long and the terrain is rough, but the mountain air is fresh, and at night, without the city lights to pollute the sky, the stars shine very bright. Teshima Junta finds something new to like about his new home every day, but that might not be a good thing.

“Why—” he grunts, dropping the item into his lap with his hand as he pauses to grit his teeth in pain before choking out the words, “Aren't you killing me?”
The blond lets a couple more curses that were just a bit too loud slip past his throat as he stiffens under Izuku’s grip.
“Because,” Izuku finally says, “I can’t.”
“But I’m a Career—you’ll need to kill me soon enough or-” he hisses when Izuku accidentally presses down too hard, ”Or I'll end up killing you.”
Izuku turns his gaze up sharply, “So? Does it really look like that matters to me?”
Or, the Hunger Games never end well. Izuku doesn't know why he ever expected them to when he stepped foot in the arena. There was only one winner, after all.

Deku lifted his hands, and he would recognize those hands anywhere.
Either he was having a strangely vivid dream, or he and Bakugou had somehow swapped bodies.
“You’re Midoriya, aren’t you?” Recovery Girl sighed.

Or, when Bakugou and Deku get hit with a body-swapping quirk, they learn a little bit more about each other's struggles.
