Summary
Castiel Novak has a secret.
In an world full of ordinary people, he was extraordinary. Born with a pair of wings attached to his back, he set out to fight crime as a superhero called The Angel, where he meets a vigilante known as the Demon, his nemesis with a knack for flirting. Soon, parts of his city began to be attacked by a supervillain only known as Diablo.
To add to his problems of crime fighting, studying, and attending college, Castiel discovers that his new roommate, Dean Winchester, might just be more than what meets the eye....

The bite of manila rope against his skin greeted him when he woke. One of his gloves had been tugged out of place, leaving his wrist exposed and vulnerable to rope burn, which was already beginning to form there. He groaned lowly, twisting his hands to test the hold of the rope that was tied tightly around his wrists.

He was pretty sure that he was dead.
Okay, dead was dramatic but it was the closest description to how he felt.
He’s laying in a dumpster, that much is obvious–though he can’t remember how he got into the dumpster–and his head is pounding–and again, he can’t remember why–and he’s not in his suit.
His suit?
The thought of what that is slips from his mind before he can grasp it.
The next thought is gone too, just as he reaches for it.
